Little Apple
Branding, CPG, and Website design for an Italian Style bakery with a New York City twist
Little Apple is an Italian-style bakery, with a New York City twist. It was inspired by the many Italians who immigrated to New York and went straight to kitchen, and have continued to uphold their legacy of delicious food and the comfort of home. Italian bakeries have a certain richness of flavor and friendliness, and they certainly know how to warm you up from the inside out.
Logo Design
The art direction is New York chic, inspired by the elegance you'd want to feel consuming the finest baked goods. A bold serif logo features the most iconic building in the Empire State skyline, with red and green colors inspired by the Italian flag - a tribute to culture that shaped the city's cuisine.
Conveying a Brand Tone through CPG
Going to a bakery should be a thrilling experience, that appeals to each of your senses. Little Apple continues this experience in their packaging by using the "a" logo to get the customer excited about what's inside. Playful names are incorporated for all the menu items, which aims to give the bakery a warm sense of community. How can you be anything but excited ordering a "Devil Wears Chocolate?".

Website Design
The website for Little Apple continues the minimal aesthetic, using mouth-watering imagery as the focal point. Photos of the bakery interior are also used to entice website viewers to experience Italian heaven with their own eyes.
If you've made it this far, I regret to inform you this is a fictional bakery.
