A gallery of abstract long exposure photos of neon lights in Philadelphia.

These shots were taken as part of the 100 day artist challenge. I wanted to push myself to take abstract photos of something unseen. The light trails convey energy and intensity.

Part of the artist challenge is getting creative and finding inspiration in new places. While I was recording myself shooting, I noticed how incredible the neon lights looked through my phone's viewfinder.

What inspires you to see beyond? Is reality more colorful in our imagination?
